Task Force 42 has been consulted to architect an upgraded virtualised solution for a patient care management solution that is scheduled to go live in 2024, design features include:
- High Availability (HA) AlwaysOn Availability Groups running on Windows Server Failover Cluster with SQL Server
- Layer 7 Load balancer
- Disaster Recovery (DR) solution utilising Azure Site Recovery

Task Force 42 was awarded new work covering a 6 week period to deliver Infrastructure Project Consultancy services for the valued partner BluesPoint. The new work includes:
- Internal web applications security consultation

The business was contacted to provide consultation for an entertainment venue in Sunderland. The scope of the work includes:
- Installation and configuration of new router/firewall and network switch appliances, deployed in a newly installed data cabinet
- Deployment of high performance wireless access points (WAPs)
- Replacement & extension of existing network infrastructure as required
- Desktop and laptop device refurbishment
- Technical documentation

Today the business was awarded a new 3 month contract delivering Infrastructure Project Consultancy services for the valued partner BluesPoint. The new year work includes the following:
- Design and specification of cloud Infrastructure for a Sage 200 Professional 2022 deployment to 50-100 users
- Integration services project for multiple single sign on Web Apps via Azure
- Active Directory Domain Services auditing and reporting as part of an enterprise security project

- Out of hours callout to assist Openreach in the recovery of a client site leased line due to a damaged fibre
- Specification of a 4G wireless Internet access backup solution for a client LAN
